Delete your TraitTune account
Deleting your account is permanent. Here is what it removes:
- Your profile, sign-in email and phone, and your Companion.
- Your assessment answers, results and every chat, right away.
- A plan bought on the web is cancelled; an anonymized copy of your answers stays in our science archive.
A plan from the App Store or Google Play keeps billing until you cancel it there.
Sign in to deleteCan no longer sign in? Email privacy@traittune.com from the address or number on the account and we will delete it for you.
